Working software
An AI agent or cockpit running on your data, deployed where you can use it. Not a prototype, not a slide deck.
Runbook
A short written manual covering setup, day-to-day operation, what to do when something breaks and how to extend it.
Screen recording
A walk-through video so the next person who joins your team can be productive in twenty minutes.
Training session
Sixty minutes with the people who will operate the system. We answer the questions the runbook doesn't anticipate.
Two weeks aftercare
We're on call for fourteen days after handover. Bug fixes, clarifications, adjustments. After that, the work is yours.
Source + licence
On full payment, you own the deliverable. Our internal tools and libraries stay ours under a non-exclusive licence so you can keep running them.
FAQ
What if I don't have a workflow ready?
Then Hey Future isn't the right fit yet. The format depends on a workflow we can scope cleanly. Talk to us about an Advisory call first to figure out where AI would actually move the needle.
How fixed is the price?
Fully. Once the order confirmation is signed at the end of week one, the price doesn't move. Any change in scope goes through a written amendment.
What if we miss the deadline?
We won't. The whole format is built so we can't. If we somehow do, we refund the time. It hasn't happened.
Can you start next week?
Sometimes. Hey Future runs on slot availability — typically one to two parallel engagements. Ask us about the next available start date.
Need ongoing thinking after the build?
Advisory — recurring, not one-off.
Once the four weeks land, advisory is how we stay in the room. Quarterly working sessions, fractional CTO/CPO, or year-long operating partner.
