Masterclasses are an event, advisory is the relationship. We sit with your leadership team on a steady cadence, hold the AI roadmap together, and stay on the phone between visits when something needs an honest second opinion.

    Quarterly working session

    Half a day on-site every quarter with your CEO, CTO and operating leads. We review what shipped, where AI moved the needle, and what to put in the next ninety days.

  2. 02

    Between sessions

    Async support on Slack or email, strategic questions, hiring sanity-checks, vendor reviews, deal diligence on a build-vs-buy. One channel, two reply tiers (same day for fires, two days otherwise).

  3. 03

    Twelve-month review

    Each year we run a written review of the engagement: what we shipped together, what didn't land, and whether we keep going. No automatic renewals.
